Despite a thriving PR industry, the UAE lacked a transparent, data-driven way to evaluate agency performance. Decisions were often based on reputation—not measurable outcomes—leaving organizations without clear benchmarks.
We created the UAE PR Index—the first of its kind—grounded in media insights. By surveying journalists directly, we assessed agencies on content quality, responsiveness, and collaboration, providing a more authentic view.
Launched in May 2017, the Index was based on a CATI survey of 200 UAE journalists (Arabic & English), spanning all major media formats. Results ranked PR agencies by:
